The Steward Integrated Preschool conducts preschool screenings throughout the school year for Topsfield children ages 3 to 5.

Events at the Library

Open on Sundays! For the 4th year, the Topsfield Town Library will be open on Sundays from 2 - 5pm during February and March! Sunday hours are funded by the State Aid to Public Libraries program.

The League of Women Voters will be sponsoring Anya Suslova from the Woods Hole Research Center to give a presentation on Climate Change north of the Artic Circle at the Library on March 29 at 7:30 PM.

Comcast & Verizon Cable Contract Renewal

The Town of Topsfield is negotiating renewal cable television licenses with Comcast & Verizon per the federal cable act & Massachusetts state cable statute. The selectmen held one public hearing on 11/21/16 and have continued it to a future meeting (TBD). The public may attend hearings and submit comments regarding the town's cable-related community needs. Written feedback may be sent to the Selectmen's Office: selectmen@topsfield-ma.gov.

COA April Calendar

Operation Concern

Operation Concern is a service provided to Topsfield senior citizens and disabled residents, in conjunction with the Topsfield Police Department, Topsfield TRIAD and the Topsfield Council on Aging. It is totally voluntary. The purpose of the program is to give seniors and disabled residents a means of checking in to the Police Department on a daily basis to tell them that they are ok.
